MEET OUR TRAINER
Dr. Muhammad Sarfraz is a certified professional and a multifaceted human resource practitioner. He received his PhD from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2021. He has over 10 years of diversified teaching, consultancy, and training experience with several public sector universities and organizations in Pakistan and Malaysia and 7 years of corporate sector experience with several renowned MNCs in Pakistan. In addition, he has a rich exposure and experiences of modern human resource practices and training framework in local as well as world leading organizations in ASEAN countries.
He was the person who have completed the PhD journey within 32 months and also awarded with performance based scholarship in all six semesters. During this period, he has also completed a series of projects with various organizations in Pakistan and also in Malaysia. His academic work and research have focused on training, its effectiveness, how to get maximum results on training investment, designing a learning organizations, bottlenecks in successful training transfer, developing of training effectiveness models and organizational justice. His research has appeared in several leading training journals and research work was also recognized by the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and research model was recommended for patent.
Dr. Muhammad Sarfraz was also associated with the Human Resource Development Fund (an agency of Malaysian Ministry of Human Resource), World Bank, IKEA and Petronas in the capacity of an intern. During this period, he contributed in the formulating, implementing and evaluating billion-dollar training industry and the Human Resource Development Models among various countries. Besides, he has also a rich exposure, experience and knowledge of training industry, training systems, and training practices in ASEAN countries.
